Camarones a la Diabla
(Recipe from Susan Lopez)
Ingredients:
- Jumbo Deveined Shrimp
- Chipotle peppers
- Garlic cloves
- Orange soda
- Chiles de Guajillo
- Chiles de arbol(if you want them spicy)
- Ketchup

Put all ingredients in blender and strain. Except shrimp of course:-P
Heat up butter in pan and fry sauce.
Once sauce is boiling add shrimp to sauce, you can use whatever shrimp you like. Although it is best if you use jumbo shrimp deveined, but not peeled. Cook with shell on. The trick is to get the buttery sauce in between shrimp and shell.
Serve with white rice, avocados, and orange slices (to help with the spicy sauce). When eating the shrimp, suck the sauce from shrimp first and then peel shrimp, this will help so your hands don't get so messy:)

Oh, and a cold beer on the side makes it perfect! Enjoy! It's delicious!
